This should be sorted in the next update. Characters you've met now show as discovered. If any still look wrong after that, tell us which.

Known issue — we'll be temporarily removing the affected characters from Discoveries so they can be re-validated, then re-adding them.

But noted! This is due to DE changing how the ancestor progress is saved. Will take a look later
