Certain weapons in Armory don't list all tempers in Item Chest interface

Certain weapons in my Armory do not list all their tempers when viewed in the Item Chest interface. This is most noticeable with founder weapons, since they have fixed tempers. For example, my Starling lists that it has only Aftershock and no other tempers; it should list Quick Draw and Rupture as well.
