'Viable Tempers' Section for Item Comparison

In the item comparison interface, it'd be cool to see which Tempers can vs. can't roll on a weapon. Could be a final row at the bottom?

For example here, they'd share the Bow and Universal tempers, but only Avex could have Bypass/Galvanic/Slinger, and only Juniper could have Aftershock.
