Right-side panel pins for all panels
For example: I pin Gruul-Seeker Ruthos to the top, then switch the panel to Resources. Would like to still see Ruthos pinned to the top. Possibly in a collapsible "Pins" section

I'm not entirely sure this is a good addition. It'll also be a MAJOR rewrite of how all these panels work essentially.
