Re-do the logic on harmonies calculation

Issue:
Enchantment Tab Release Cap only considers unranked Totems. Needs to intelligently factor in higher ranks across the 3 variants (Spirit / Grace / Courage) + user’s Reserve setting.

Current System:

  • 3 variants: Spirit, Grace, Courage
  • Each variant has ranks 0–3 (upgrade costs known, calculated on the fly)

Desired Logic:
When calculating releasable Totems, prioritize keeping the highest-rank ones first (best variant + highest rank).
Example: Reserve = 1 → Keep only the single best (e.g. one Rank 3 Spirit), release everything else.

Notes:

  • Still relevant after the “only need 1 of each” change.
  • Reserve should always protect at least one totem.
  • Completionist mode affects harmony count on the left.
