Multiple filter for loot alert.

Alerts & Filtering Improvements

Requests:

• Support multiple filters for Weapon + Temper combos (alert on any match).
• Filter by double temper (shiny) — option for at least one double or simple vs double.
• Extend alerts to Totems (e.g. specific totem + grip).

Visibility:

• Make alerts far more noticeable (e.g. prominent overlay or better Windows notification). Current ones are easy to miss.

Notes:

• Everything is free. Patreon gets early / extra QoL (e.g. more than 5 active filters).
• Custom journal-based alerts also suggested.
