Option to Hide/Ignore User

This is a good idea, I can add this.

for example, I see some users only posting basically worthless items (to me, things like common totems, sovereign and military weapons), and I would like to not see them on the listings because I am not interested (but maybe don't want to filter out totems because I want to see grip totems)
