I swear to god, I updated the pipeline to generate and push the portable .exe ages ago, the website is not showing it for some reason, I'll troubleshoot this and get it working @WyldSage

Will be a thing for 0.5.8 0.5.9, apparently I suck at CI/CD

The portable build is up to date on the download page again and should stay in sync with each release from here on.
