2x Tempers Filter suggestion
Same format as current, but 1 click toggles on, 2nd click is double temper, 3rd click is back off

Shipped in 0.6.4, exactly as described: one click requires the temper, a second click requires it doubled (2x), a third click clears it. There's a hint line in the filter panel spelling out the three states. Any filters you'd already saved carry over as plain "require this temper", so nothing needs re-setting up.
