See 'all not owned' tempers

For weapons and pacts, LG provides a tab for 'Unmastered', which includes both things you don't own and things you own but have not mastered. It would be nice to have something analogous for tempers. Right now there's a tab called 'Unknown' for tempers of which you have 0 dismantles, and a tab called 'In Progress' for tempers of which you have >0 but <10 dismantles. It would be nice to have a single subtab in the tempers tab that includes both of those, similar to how it works for weapons and pacts.
