Add notes to totems with player confirmed information

For instance Quick Drey could say:

Community Tested: Duration equals percentage attack speed in seconds.

This could also extend to the build site where it shows calculated durations for your build since in-game the numbers can be buggy. The build site is already good at calculating these things so I think showing a little more information without having to check the wiki would be nice.

If something is not known, or recorded, like the Noble Nestling buff duration then it could show "Needs Testing" by default to show that this isn't being pulled from anywhere.
